    Tropical agroforestry expert with over 30 years of experience in agriculture, biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability in Guyana and the Caribbean.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & FPIC Lead

    Development and governance specialist with over a decade of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, biodiversity conservation, participatory policy design, and regional environmental governance.

  • Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Lead

    Specialises in mainstreaming gender in policy development and project implementation with specific focus on agriculture, biodiversity, climate change sectors.

  • Natural Resource Management Lead

    Conservation Practitioner with 20+ years of experience in the field of protected areas management, natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, stakeholder engagement, EIAs, indigenous relations and environmental education.

  • Ecosystems Services Lead

    Experienced in aquatic ecology and wildlife conservation in Guyana. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to develop solutions to protect Guyana’s biodiversity through inclusive, gender and rights-based approaches.

    Experienced science educator and researcher with over a decade of expertise in education, environmental management, and community engagement, contributing to the development of policies and programs in Guyana.

    8+ years of experience in marine and coastal resource management, environmental assessment, biodiversity conservation, and environmental governance across Guyana and the wider Caribbean.
